Following the publication of the Draft County Donegal Development Plan, 2018-2024 (Draft CDP) and Environmental Report, and the completion of the associated public consultation exercise, the Chief Executive of the Council must prepare a report on any submissions or observations received and must submit the report to the Members of the Council for their consideration in accordance with Section 12(4) of the Planning & Development Act, 2000 (As Amended). The Chief Executive’s Report on this Draft CDP is contained at the links below. Please note and to clarify, the Chief Executive’s Report was prepared in October, 2017 (first, second and third links below). Subsequently, an Addendum to the Report was prepared in December, 2017 (fourth link below). A third report is also relevant, namely a report submitted to the scheduled Plenary Council meeting of November, 2017 (see fifth link below).
